Most of the transport route is completed in refrigerated trucks. Your products are kept continuously chilled all the way to your doorstep:
- PET bottles filled with frozen water keep the products cold in cool bags.
- Sometimes we now also use cool boxes that keep the products at 5°C.
You can return the cool boxes and cool bags, including the PET bottles, directly back to the delivery person.
For the cold bags (not the cool boxes), we charge a fee of CHF 5.– per order (not per bag) if we have not received them back after 4 months.
For logistical reasons it is not possible to return the bags or boxes at a Migros store.
