How can I return packaging materials such as freezer boxes if I’m not planning to place another order anytime soon?

If you don’t want to place orders anymore and don’t want to keep the packaging, you can contact us and we will arrange a pickup. We ask customers who plan to place further orders to simply return the packaging material when they get their next delivery, in order to reduce the logistical effort.
