Packaging materials such as cool bags, cool boxes and freezer boxes are reusable. If you are at home at the time of delivery, you can give back everything right away and there will be no charges. The most important information on returns:
-Cool bags*: If your order has been delivered in cool bags, you can return them upon your next delivery within 4 months. After this deadline, we charge a fee of CHF 5.– per order (not per bag).
-Freezer boxes: If a freezer box has been left, a deposit of CHF 20.– will be charged. As soon as it is returned to us, we will credit your account with the CHF 20.–.
-Cool boxes*: there is no deposit for the new cool boxes. You can simply return them like the other packaging material.
*Depending on the logistics centre that prepares your order, you’ll receive either a cool bag or a cool box.
