If you're not at home when we deliver we will leave your order at your front door. To make sure that we can deposit it securely, please add detailed delivery instructions, such as the floor or entrance door code. You can add delivery instructions in the checkout when you add or edit your address.
We ensure that deliveries are placed securely, but to keep fresh and frozen products in the best condition, we recommend being home to receive your delivery.
We might leave reusable packaging such as cool bags, cool boxes and freezer boxes. Find out more about how you can return those to us.
