"My consignments" is a free service from Swiss Post that allows you to track the status of your Migros Online orders in real time and receive precise updates about delivery. To do this, you need to register for a My Post account with Swiss Post and activate "My consignments".
Go to the Swiss Post website at www.post.ch and click "Login" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
If you haven't registered yet, select "Create an account". You will then be prompted to enter your personal details and create a SwissID account if you don't already have one. After creating your account, you must have your address verified by the post office. This usually takes a few days because the post office has to make sure that you actually live at the stated address.
After validation, you can access the My Post customer portal and activate the "My consignments" service. Once the service has been activated, you'll receive notifications about all consignments being delivered to your address, including your Migros Online orders.
