If you’re at home when the delivery arrives, the delivery person will take back the cool bag right away. If not, we’ll leave your order at your doorstep. In this case, you can just return the bags when you get your next delivery. If you don't return them within 4 months, we assume that you want to keep them. In this case, we charge CHF 5 (per delivery, not per bag) to your customer account.
We now also have cool boxes for which we don’t charge a deposit. Returning them works exactly the same way as for the cool bags.
Please note that, due to logistical reasons, cool bags/boxes cannot be returned to a Migros branch store.
