If you are at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will take the freezer box, including the box with dry ice, back immediately and you will not pay any deposit.
If the delivery person leaves your order at the door, we charge a deposit of CHF 20.– for the box (per delivery, not per box). When you get your next delivery, you can simply give the freezer box back to the delivery person. After that, the CHF 20.– will be credited to your customer account.
