Once an order is placed, you can't change the delivery date or time. This is due to the complex processes in our warehouse, which ensure that your products are available and accurate. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one if we haven't started processing your order yet. Here’s how you can manage your order:
- Log in to your customer account and go to the "Orders" section
- Choose the order you wish to cancel and click "View order details"
- Click on "Cancel order"
Don't see the "Cancel" option?
If you don't see the "Cancel order" option, this means that we have already started to prepare your order and it can't be cancelled anymore.
If you've forgotten to add a product to your order and it has not yet been processed, you can still add products. Find more information on how you can add products to your existing order.
