There are three options for payment:
- E-banking: scan the QR code with your laptop camera in your e-banking account. Your details will be prefilled and you can trigger the payment with one click. Scanning the QR-bill ensures that no errors can happen.
- Mobile banking: scan the QR code with your phone and trigger the payment with one click.
- Post office: like with the existing payment slips, you can pay either directly at the counter, in a store with a partner or by payment order to your bank by post. This is only possible if you received the QR-bill on paper. A self-printed QR-bill cannot be accepted.
Alternatively, you can enter the IBAN and reference manually to pay. Make sure that it does not contain any information from old payment templates, e.g. an account number.
The QR-bill does not contain an account number since the IBAN is enough. You can find the reference and the IBAN under "receipt" on the left as well as in the "payment part" on the right, next to the QR code.
