When you receive your products, we guarantee the following minimum periods before the sell-by date (calculated including the day of delivery) :
* 1 day for fresh fish which is delivered on Mondays
** except for roastbeef and sushis, to be used immediately, as well as ragout and sliced beef and veal, 2 days
