A Cumulus card is for a household. It can therefore be used by several people in that household. Once a coupon has been activated digitally, it is stored under the Cumulus number and redeemed automatically the next time a purchase is made using that Cumulus number, provided that the redemption criteria are met. In other words, anyone using the same Cumulus number can redeem your coupons.
As the account holder, you can grant other household members access to your digital coupons by linking their personal Migros Account to the joint Cumulus account. To this end, you need the Cumulus password, which the account holder receives every two months with their Cumulus post.
If you use the same Cumulus card with other people, we recommend that each household member has access to the coupon portal via the app, for example, so that everyone can check which coupons are activated for redemption at a given time. Coupons can also be deactivated if you want to save them for making a purchase at a later date.
